Partner in the Labor practice area, he has over 15 years of experience in corporate labor Law. With a cross-disciplinary perspective on legal matters, he has handled complex labor litigation cases involving issues such as franchise relationships, senior executives, variable compensation, and labor liability.

Throughout his career, he has played an active role in shaping strategies and developing multidisciplinary solutions for labor disputes.

He has also been involved in high-profile cases related to investigations and negotiations led by the Labor Prosecutor’s Office, as well as strategic labor advisory matters.

He served as a senior lawyer at major law firms, advising clients from a wide range of industries, including insurance, franchising, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and drug distribution, banking, financial markets, investment funds and private equity, information technology, agribusiness, food and beverage, metallurgy, automotive, mining, and fashion.
