BRZ Advogados stands out in specialised media for its role in an M&A transaction
BRZ Advogados was featured in legal industry media outlets for its role in the acquisition of a 70% stake in TSS Holding by Tegma, in a transaction valued at R$ 99.4 million.
The transaction represents a significant move in the logistics market, expanding Tegma’s operations in the port logistics segment. For TSS, which operates in port operations, transportation, handling and storage of products, with a focus on the chemicals and grains sectors, the deal marks a new stage for its operations and activities in a strategic region for logistics in the State of São Paulo.
