Founding partner and manager of BRZ Advogados, he is one of those responsible for the Corporate Law area with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions.

With a consolidated career in this area, Pedro has extensive experience in serving domestic and foreign clients, especially in mergers and acquisitions, having participated in important transactions involving the main players in the Brazilian health, infrastructure and technology markets.

He also has significant experience in corporate reorganizations, complex contract negotiations and infrastructure projects with emphasis on the Oil and Gas, Mining and Energy sectors.
