Head of the Public Law practice and one of the coordinators of the Regulatory area.


He has been assisting multinational and Brazilian companies from regulated areas for more than 20 years, especially energy, oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and pharmaceuticals.


His range of services encompasses legal opinions and affidavits, strategic litigation before judicial courts and bodies of the administrative sphere such as regulatory agencies (ANP, ANTAQ, ANVISA, e.g.), arbitration, major projects and contracts.


Having begun his career at the Law Firm which Luís Roberto Barroso chaired before becoming justice at the Brazilian Supreme Court, Bernardo Pedrete also worked at the London Office of Baker & McKenzie LLP, in 2013, joining the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure Group.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association and CELCA – the Special Public Procurement Commission of the Brazilian Bar.


Bernardo graduated in Law at the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) in 2003 and obtained his Master’s degree in Public Law from the same institution (2007).
