The Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil – Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC) has approved a new Internal Rules framework, which will enter into force on November 3, 2025. The update introduces important changes to arbitration procedures, reinforcing efficiency, transparency, and legal certainty in cases administered by the institution.<\/p>\n
