The regulation reinforces physicians\u2019 autonomy, requires transparency with patients, imposes governance criteria and determines strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"895\">In the report, Aline assesses that the measure represents an important step toward organizing the use of technology in healthcare, without losing sight of ethical and regulatory boundaries. According to her, the regulation\u2019s main merit is to provide legal support to healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1100\">\u201cOne very important aspect of the regulation is that artificial intelligence does not replace the physician.
