{"id":647,"date":"2023-04-18T08:36:30","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T11:36:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/brzadvogados.com.br\/?p=647"},"modified":"2024-07-16T08:37:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-16T11:37:45","slug":"decreto-no-48-468-2023-promove-alteracoes-no-regime-de-parcelamento-do-itcmd-no-rj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/brzadvogados.com.br\/en\/decreto-no-48-468-2023-promove-alteracoes-no-regime-de-parcelamento-do-itcmd-no-rj\/","title":{"rendered":"Decree no. 48,468\/2023 changes Inheritance Tax installment plan in RJ"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 04\/14\/2023, Decree no. 48,468\/2023 was published, which amended Decree no. 44,007\/2012, thereby changing the installment payment arrangement of the Inheritance Tax (Imposto sobre Transmiss\u00e3o Causa Mortis e Doa\u00e7\u00f5es de Quaisquer Bens e Direitos &#8211; ITCMD) of the State of Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>The main change pertains to the increase in the number of installments available to the taxpayer to pay the Inheritance Tax, both outstanding and unmatured.
