- Active participation in public consultations and hearings of the Brazilian Congress and Regulatory Agencies, as well as workshops and discussion forums in technical committees and events in the regulated sector.
- Legal advice on all stages of major projects, from planning to implementation, in sectors such as energy, oil and gas, mining, transportation, logistics, sanitation, life sciences, telecommunications, ports, airports, and others.
- Drafting, negotiation, review, and risk assessment of strategically important contracts regarding the regulated activities.
- Advice on tenders requested by Regulatory Agencies such as the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), and the National Electricity Regulatory Agency (Aneel) (monitoring and analysis of invitations to tender, drafting of clarification requests, challenges and appeals, contract risk matrix, qualification support).
- Prevention and representation in strategically important disputes concerning regulated matters in administrative and court proceedings as well as in domestic and international mediation and arbitration.
- Advice on grants, licenses, concessions, authorizations, records, homologations, and certifications, including obtaining prior permission and communications.
