From August 26 to 28, the 6th Bahia Congress on Family and Succession Law was held at the Wish Hotel in Salvador, organised by IBDFAM/BA.
With “Bahia de Todos os Afetos” as its central theme, the congress brought together professionals to discuss current and relevant issues in Family and Succession Law, fostering important reflections and exchanges of experience. Among the participants were our partners Bruno Corrêa Burini and Raphael Carneiro Arnaud.
Bruno spoke on Panel 16, “Between the Corporate Tax ID and the Surname”. On the occasion, he addressed the topic “Family Holding Companies with a Humanised Approach”, contributing to discussions on estate and succession planning and family structures from a technical, strategic and sensitive perspective that considers the relationships involved.
Raphael, in turn, took part in Panel 10, “‘Families’ We and Nests”, where he addressed the topic “Full Communion of Lives: Foundations and the Future of Marriage and Stable Unions”, bringing reflections on the transformations and contemporary challenges of family relationships.
We thank IBDFAM/BA for organising the event and for the invitation to be part of this programme, which provided relevant discussions for the development of the field.
